Here you can enjoy the Fine Brasserie of Southern France & Italian cuisine, home recipes polished to the perfect bite. Chic, elegant with a pinch of home, Muse is the perfect place for soulful sharing plates to be savoured.

Kokoye
INDO | SEYCHELLOIS
Kokoye is a place with spiced infusions, tastes of roots, fruits and herbs inspired by the South- Indian Creole culture where the lounge explores the true richness and diversity brought to the Seychelles. Let yourself enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, spectacular cocktails and picturesque view of Anse Aux Poules Bleues.

Azido
Infused Japanese Cuisine
In Japanese, “Azi” means ’taste and flavour’; and “do” means ‘every time’. A secluded setting where we combine freshly caught seafood from our local coves with the much revered discipline of the modern Japanese culinary art. A mouth watering experience that will not betray your taste buds or thirst for new flavours.

Soley
POOL BAR
Located in the East part of the House, next to the oval shaped pool we find the vibrant and colourful SOLEY. Inspired by the journey of the sun, Soley is a place to relax, hangout, socialize and enjoy the day from sunrise to sunset. Soley means “Sun” in Creole and truly reflects the warmth and welcoming sense of our Seychellois hospitality.

Moutya
BBQ & Grill
’Moutya’ is a Creole word that is the epitome of the Seychellois culture, celebrated by dancing around a pit fire, with the beat of the local tambour. At Moutya we celebrate the philosophy of the indigenous fire method. All dishes are authentically prepared, either over hot coals, flames, steamed husks, smoked or simply roasted.
